Smokin’ on the Beaver serves up a true BBQ feast, featuring slow-smoked brisket, ribs, and pork butt prepared on-site by competitive BBQ teams from across the region. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of BBQ sides, sauces, and specialty dishes as teams share their best flavors throughout the day, all leading up to the signature BBQ feast under the Smokehouse Tent.
The Music
Smokin’ on the Beaver features live music throughout the day, with local and regional bands setting the tone from afternoon into the evening. The lineup keeps the energy going with a mix of crowd‑friendly styles that pair well with good food and a laid‑back festival pace.
